Errors,lag on stuff in the hour or so

You guys doing updates or hot fixes in last hour or so?
App is hard core lagging and throwing errors
Got this one on voyage couple of times
after a couple of resets got it to let me send it
Then when trying to do kick start on event it kept throwing item busy errors muti times after several restarts, then the times got wonky started dropping 3stars on 3hrs ones just to have some complete right away with others took the hour and half off, then started getting a random two hour mixed in
Any guesses ?
