My Dear DB, enough is enough :*

On 21st of September I sent a ticket regarding infamous Voyages Pause Issue. It's October 14th now and up to this very moment it's still not resolved. This whole "danse macabre" of yours lasts 23 days! I don't care of your problems. You are the cause of your own problems, you and nobody else. You don't listen your players. You ignore common sense. You don't deserve any pardon.

From now on I'm starting to send a ticket for any single issue I encounter. And I mean ANY single issue. For example, If my app restarts after watching ad I send a ticket with demand of 1000 dilithium crystals of compensation. If my app restarts after watching next ad, well... I send another ticket and so on... If I don't get my answer within 3 days I send a "what's so long?" ticket and add another 1000 dilithium crystals to my compensation demand. If my Voyage featured skills change I send a ticket, If my Voyage antimatter bonuses don't apply properly I send a ticket... Get it? Good.

I start with a ticket demanding 7000 dilithium crystals of compensation for 7x3 days of silence to my original Voyages Pause Issue ticket.

If you can't entertain me properly I'll find a way to entertain myself at your own expense, cheers. I expect it will be fun to chit chat with your so called Support Department. I really look forward to it... ;)
