"Hailing Starfleet..." Screen of Death

Since the beginning of the weak I regulary receive server errors. It happpens during sign in, the start of a mission, crafting an item, battles in the gaunlet and the arena etc. Sometimes the problem disappears after 1-2 minutes, but most of the time the app has to be restarted. Currently I'm able to play for 5-10 minutes before the problem occurs.

I've been disappointed because I lost more than one gauntlet match / arena battle because of this. But the thing that bugs me the most is that I am not able to claim the chroniton boost. Upon clicking "claim" I receive a server error and the chronitons are not claimed. Restarting the app gives the same result. CS ticket is on the way but considering the response time I'm afraid the problem will not be solved during the current event. That **tsk tsk**.

Is anybody else getting server errors aka. "Hailing Starfleet..." Screen of Death as well?

I've seen it a lot more often. Usually it was when I in a weak signal area, but now it seems random.

I see it daily. I am on a wired connection, so signal is not an issue.

i see it on a ppoe connection also . w8ing 10-20 secs for every click.

Game is unplayable for me right now. I have long hailing starfleet and then get booted from the game. For a free game you can accept this. But for one where people pay cash, this is unacceptable

This problem just robbed me of top 1000 rank. I am beyond aggravated. Having to restart after each malfunction is a big issue. Once back in the game, having this Hailing Starfleet occur when crafting recipes, and requiring restart after restart, used up the last HOURS of the event.

I received the "hailing starfleet" death screen as well. I was able to exit the game and restart it. Seemed to fix it...
