Vault Skill sort

In the vault, when I click on the Med skill icon (for example) I would expect to see active AND frozen crew sorted together by skill level so that I can determine if I want to replace an active crew member with a frozen one. That is not happening. The active crew are properly sorted (as best I can tell) but the frozen crew are all at the bottom of the list and seem to be in crew alphabetic order. Please fix this to sort all active and frozen crew within the vault.

This has been reported previously and there is a bug ticket on the issue.
