Anyone ever get a 2?

Always gotten 1s and 0s in unmatched skills. RNGesus decided I needed a 2, I guess.

    This has been reported before. I believe it was first spotted after the fix to prevent ties went live, thus the theory is that ties are broken by adding 1.

    Surprised no on has made mention of the fact that though the proficiency says 0-0, it will still give you a 1 which is not between 0 and 0
