Voyage dilemmas not counting for daily rewards? Edit: No issue

I've got an 8 hour voyage (soon to be 10) and my daily mission counter for solving a dilemma is still sitting at zero. Has there been a change? Solving a dilemma used to give you the daily reward right away. Has it been changed?
