Any word on voyage fix?

Still running into issues with voyage freezes/glitches, been ongoing since feb.

Any word on a fix?

Last 2 were day before last and today
Had a 10 hr that was blank rolled right thru the dilemma, then the 12 hr hit and was still blank, ended up having to recall

Then this morning had another that hit 12 hrs and locked up again on the 20sec roll around







Oh and one 4star component is not really good compention for lost dil/honor/chrons/characters

You should have gotten the dil that you spent on the last refill returned to you. I had to submit a ticket for the exact same thing the other month, and they did give me my choice of a 4* component (whee), but I also got that dilithium back. If they didn't give you that, I'd reopen the ticket.

But, yes — that all having been said, it'd be nice if this was no longer happening. I know they are working on it, though.

I thought that was fixed. I had one voyage run 23 days with blank screen and no recall back in October. It took CS over 3 weeks to get to me back then. I have only seen one Voyage glitch since, and that was this past weekend.

I was thinking of doing a 72 hour voyage to get Worf and Guinan, but I am hesitant due to this issue. I have encountered it quite often at the 12 hour mark as well.
