Wrong reward sent for Arena rank

Looks like I've been sent the reward for "Top 5%" rather than "Top 1%".





I'm not even that close to the boundary between the two thresholds. Has anyone else experienced this?

It happens all the time. The problem is they can't seem to figure out how to design a UI that updates info properly. It's not limited to the arena. Shuttle VP gets displayed wrong during faction events, supply kit timer displays different numbers depending what window you're in.

To find you're actual rank in the arena you need to go to the leaderboard. Once you view your rank there, the info on the main window will get updated.

Don't expect this to ever get fixed.

Yep. Did this, and no, it didn't update.

I've sent a ticket asking for the 20 schemas that I'm owed. I'm a UK player so have to wake up at 6am and immediately start playing the arena to have any hope of reaching the top 1%. To be cheated like this is a bit annoying.

Maybe there is an issue, but your screenshot isn't a smoking gun. The same countdown timer is used for time remaining in the arena day, and time until arena reopens. Also, arena day doesn't end at server refresh. I also disagree that you're not that close to the boundary - you're one loss away from being bumped.

I've had this two days in the last 3. I screenshotted the last one because I was too quick the first time.

I'm going to put a ticket in but getting evidence is difficult. Here is a screenshot I grabbed before I realized what it was saying. Look, my rank is different to the rewards it says I should have. I can't see where I am on the leaderboard because it's not showing me right. No wonder I am missing out on schematics so often!

I had the same problem. It took me almost ten days of back and forth and complaining just to get 20 schematics.
