I liked that episode, and we never had a medical investigator except Doctor La Forge in that holo episode. As the grand prize I'd say "Investigator Crusher" or "Scientific Diplomat Crusher" (with Investigator trait), along with Kurak (recurring purrple ranked) and Dr. Reyga (recurring blue ranked) and new purrple Jobril (trashold).
