I'd like to see blue and purrple component drops after some time and not sticking with green all the way up to the maximum. My idea is the following:
0-2 hours: basic components, common crew
2-4 hours: common components, uncommon crew
4-6 hours: uncommon components, rare crew
6-8 hours: rare components, ultra-rare crew
8+ hours: ultra-rare components, ultra-rare crew
It would mean a slight decrease in crew quality between 2 and 4 hours, but overall an increase of component quality (between 4 and 6 hours, but mainly after 6 hours). The amount of components isn't so high that it would drastically benefit anyone anyway.
