Aspire to the Admiralty but don't want to start at Starbase Level 0? Having trouble recruiting to a fleet with a low-level Starbase? The Bovine League has a Lv. 74 Starbase and is seeking a motivated leader. The fleet's founder departed. The title was passed to it's current Admiral (me), but I don't have the time to care for the fleet (e.g. recruit skilled members). There will be a provisional period as an office before the title is passed to ensure no funny-business. PM me if interested.
