Archer is hated by DB. Most of his versions were and are pack-only.

EV Suit Archer was a pack only crew a whole ago. He isn't in regular packs yet.

They released him in a pack at the end of January. I think he was in one theme pack sense then, but can't remember for sure.

4 & 5 star crew who were added to the game in October or later are generally not in the portals.

EV Suit Archer was added to the game in January, so he isn't in the portals either.
