Just Another Odd Pull

I started another thread here some time ago that went on for way longer than it should have. It was about getting multiples of the same rare crew in a 10 pull. This post is similar but of a different nature. I did a 10 pull in the Beta Penthe event. Awesomely, I got a Captain Killy, but weirdly I got a TON of schematics as well. I had a total of THREE, just three, crew, and the rest were schematics.

My question here is, is this unusual? Or is it simply something occasionally happens but not very often? I’ve had ten pulls with lots of schematics before, but never this quantity. So, is this a mistake-in-the-algorithm type pull? Or is this just one of those one-in-a-million weird type pulls?

I've had as many as 8 schems in a pull. It's rare, but not unheard of, alas.

I would still consider getting the 5* on an event pull fortunate

SST - 9of7

3* crew ~60% chance, schematics ~30% chance. 10% 4* or 5* crew. So not super common, but also not one in a million pull.

Except you mean the chance to get this exact pull, which should be even much worse than 1 in a million
