    Does it still show after a restart? If your game is open when packs and event info go live this often happens.

    still shows "Beta Penthe" after restart on steam and on ios

    note the correct "Longest Day" pack is available in the Time Portal(Beta Penthe is not)

    I purchased the event pack on the event screen and got Kes from the previous event. I didn't notice they had the wrong pack on the event. Be careful.

    Merged this thread in the existing one in Engineering Room.

    The event pack correctly shows in the Time Portal, and we are looking into the issue for the event splash screen.

    Putting in a support ticket but of course it won't be resolved in time to get correct event crew :|
