Unable to join squad

I have a player, Resh, who recently joined the fleet. She was unable to join a squad on her own or even when officers in the squad sent invites. anyone else having these issues?

    This happened a year ago, but it sounds exact.

    A year ago a fleetie couldn't join a squad. He couldn't join, invites didn't work either. Nothing worked till he submitted a ticket. CS was able to fix it for him.

    I confirm this was a bug in my fleet also at the last event.

    I also recently had a new fleet member say they couldn't join one of the squads in my fleet that was not full, but they could join a different one. Any explanation for why this would be an issue with one squad, but not another?

    This could be due to a ghost member in the Squadron, you do not see it on your end but it is taken into account on the server side. We are looking into it.

    When this happens, to help Support I would recommend adding a screenshot of the Fleet window showing the Squadron you are trying to join.

    Could a "ghost member" also be keeping someone from joining the fleet in the first place? My fleet has been stuck on 49 members for a long time, and I am now wondering whether all those Invites I have been sending out were not really rejected ;)
