Put holoemitters in squad event rewards

I don't think squad rewards have been touched since they came out. Since then there are many more sources for replicator fodder. How about adding holoemitters to the reward table? It makes sense since it's kind of a fleet teamwork thing and the holoemitters would go to the fleet's starbase...
