Reliant Schematics Missing Though Threshold Reward Claimed

I show no USS Reliant schematics in inventory even though I have claimed the threshold reward. Same problem on two accounts, one in Steam and one running on Android. I have restarted the client on both devices.

Uhh... I spy, with my little eye, 575/600 Schematics shown in that pic. Or are you saying they're showing there but not in your inventory with the other ship schematics?

Oh, wow. I didn't see that number on my phone. I'm blaming presbyopia (just turned 44 yesterday). There's some text that is just too damn small and/or dark in this interface.

Anyway, why is the reward just short of being able to build the ship? Infuriating.

Yeah, that was a let-down, for sure, that it was just shy of level 1. It's like they want us to actually buy ship schematics.
