Faction reputation from 93% to 1%?

I was busy maximizing my reputation with the augment faction and right before the current event I was at 93%. I’ve been sending 2 of my 3 shuttles for the event and 1 for the augments at all times. When I checked yesterday, my augment reputation is at 1% again. Any ideas what happened?

    You may have transitioned from neutral to friendly or friendly to allied. After you get to 100% of a certain status, you move to the next status and start over until you reach Honored status.
