Since the recent change to shuttle mission success/failure screens, I've consistently observed this new bug:
When the shuttle mission fails, it plays both the "failure sound" AND the "success sound" at the same time. Shuttle missions always sound like they are succeeding because the success sound is much louder, but it IS also playing the failure sound behind it.
