The science bonus looks like it's an error. The Uncommon bonus for science is the same as the Rare bonus 0+(4-10)sci. The normal progression would be:
Uncommon 0+(4-10)
Rare 0+(10-20)
Super Rare 0+(20-40)
Uncommon 0+(4-10)
Rare 0+(10-20)
Super Rare 0+(20-40)
