That's so cheap, I doubt it would ever happen. If we ask nicely enough, frequently enough, for a reasonable enough cost, maybe they'll actually do it. Might I suggest:
2,500,000 credits for gold
1,000,000 credits for purple
250,000 credits for blue
100,000 credits for green
50,000 credits for grey

This would still be, "cheaper," than the cost to accumulate sufficient honor for equivalent citations, while still not be a dead giveaway/loss of SIGNIFICANT revenue for DB. 10,000,000 credits to FF a 1/5 is going to still be a lot easier to pull off than 200,000 honor!
