    I forgot about it
    Only if i forgot to recall in time. I have alarms set constantly now.

    Since I got the 20h-achievement, no need to extend. I recall directly after the 6h-dilemma, or 8h-dilemma if I'm really sure the voyage will reach 8 hours.

    If it goes i to 8hrs plus and it looks like the drops are good I will extend one time and only one time. If it goes back to how it was originally, maybe a 3dayer :-)
