Sound Bytes?

Sorry still a little new here but I have this question : I enjoy the characters sound bytes but noticed that only a few have them it’s a nice enhancement to the game and compressed sound bytes wouldn’t take up that much space and not every character need have one only the major ones could have? Not a new idea just wondering what happened? I would think if it were licensing you wouldn’t have any to use? Thanks in advance for your response.

DB had trouble getting clear speech without any background noise/music apparently. It's a damn shame though as I'd love to see more clips added

Yes! I really think it adds to the experience playing the game! DB please reconsider.

I believe there are also issues over rights, they have to have the rights to use the voice
