Have DB changed the planetary artwork?

I'm sure Alpha Onias II never looked like this. It's like the space from around Romulus has started bleeding through. Is this a story thing with the temporal anomalies ramping up or something? Or is the game just being extra weird today?

Mine, using iPhone has not changed,

however, they are constantly changing things and it is subtle. For me, There are more background planets and space stations than before in different places. Also the lights were originally out on the three bottom spindles of Regula 1, were lit at one time, and has gone dark again.
