Missing Faction Transmissions

Anyone else experienced this? Opened the game from a cold restart of my iPad and all my Section 31 transmissions have been lost. Second time it’s happened and it’s only been these factions. First time I was prepared to chalk it up to absent-mindedness but I know I had at least 8 in my inventory.

I had a ton of faction missions disappear. I bought 2 $9.99 specials of the 10x packs. I opened them all and then dismissed over 100 crew. When I went to my faction missions, almost all were gone. I put in a ticket as well.
