Crew dismiss

I bet this has already been mentionned quite a lot of time but when we space out a crew that is not 1/100 with no item we should get a little more than just a few honors based on rarity.
Last day I space out a 2/4 stars 70/100 and I earn just 200 honors and go with that.
This guy cost me a ton of chronitrons, merrit and even dilithium to build so far.

Because it was useless for me. No use in mission and no use in cryostasis collection. Better airlock and free a slot.
Just, it's a pity that all stuff invested count a 0.
