    You need to be fleet less to get an invite, if you still in your fleet you cant search for an other fleet or be found from others to send you an inv.
    If you're waiting of an offer in this forum its necessarry to put some informations about you
    (ECS. , lvl 99, buy every eventpacks, spend all my money and live for stt)then the top - fleets will send you offers the Next few months '-)
