In my portal, there is a Falcon Falls pack offer:
The first option is a 10 pack for 72 dilithium and the second is a 10 pack for 650 dilithium.

What is the difference between the two offers?

72 dilithium will only get you a single pull.

650 will get you the full 10 pull.

The 10 pull is the only one that guarantees one of the featured crew too

That’s DB being DB. Probably a copy and paste error. I’d say if you pulled and only got 1 you have a case for a refund.

looks like a typo, they've since fixed it back down to 1 : ( Too bad, I would have tried pulls of a reasonably priced pack.

I got two Rikers from this deal the first time they released it. Not pushing my luck this time though.

both the super-rares have fairly terrible base stats. decent gauntlet stats for very new players, but otherwise, garbage.
