It's at least within the realm of possibility now. As I mentioned here back in April, CBS and Viacom were closer than ever to merging — which would put the "Kelvin Timeline" movies & the various TV series under one roof.

However, this merger hasn't happened yet, and so nothing will happen until/unless it does. But even then, there would have to be a lot of legal wrangling, a lot of money changing hands (probably more than for the TV series), plus the idea of whether DB even wants (or needs) those versions of the characters in their game. Frankly, I don't see it happening any time soon. (And by that, I mean, it'd be incredibly surprising if it happened sooner than 2020, if it indeed happens at all.)

You'll get no official response from DB on this, btw. They've been tight-lipped about such things, and I don't blame them. So all we have is our own educated speculation.
