Question on bonus crew for skirmish events

Assuming they haven't changed it...

What is the bonus difference between using Weyoun and some other bonus crew? I only have a 1/4 Weyoun of the announced bonus crew. I assume the lesser bonus will be variants of La Forge and Dukat, of which I have several.

Roadrunner {SG-66}

Weyoun : 2x VPs
Bonus: 1.5x VPs

Weyoun doesn't even need to be fused or levelled to get the max bonus too

If I recall correctly, the bonus doesn't stack? More than one bonus doesn't help?

Only the highest bonus. I imagine those who are able will unfreeze Weyoun and dump him in with their 3 strongest crew on their Borg Cube or TOng.

...unless difficulty is significantly harder. Then it might make for some decisions.
