Skirmish Phase transition Question

I know that intel doesn't last between events, but I am trying to remember, did intel persist betwen the phases of an event? Meaning if I have 1000 intel at the end of phase 1, will I begin phase 2 with the same 1000 intel?

I'm not positive, but I think it did persist between phases.

It persists, only the amount rewarded per skirmish resets IIRC

That's how it worked last time. I think it's a pretty safe assumption to say that will remain.
