    Agree. The new 5* La Forge that was doing tons of ENG/SCI is DIP primary, while the new 2* who was a helmsman is ENG primary...

    I'm more disappointed by the ENG proficiency. Its good but I wouldn't mind seeing the Caretaker's dominance weakened.

    The 2* I'm happy with. They could've given only MED and he'd still be terrific. I'll take a cheep Innovator over almost anything else.
