Bonus tag showing for crew without bonus

Since there is no trait bonus for this event, surely these crew don’t all get bonus VP?

A quick look at some of those crew show that they have either the desperate or brutal trait, which are bonus traits.

Yes, for the first ship you'll need brutal to get bonus (and this shows how db waste the transits on their crew cards)

Bonus traits for skirmishes vary from battle to battle. They're shown twice on the screenshot you have posted...!

That is not something that you will see in the event notes as it can change from battle to battle. You need to check the traits that are active for each battle.

well, that's different than every other event type then. sorry for the confusion. Maybe add some clarification to the notes to say something like "trait bonuses will vary per battle"?
