Repeated Game Center achievement notifications

Every time I open Timelines on my iPhone or iPad I get repeated GC notifications for every achievement I've earned. This has only started happening since iOS 11 and only with Timelines as far as I've noticed. I tried disabling GC notifications, but I still get them. Its rather annoying as it covers part of the top of the screen where the UI is, and I have most of the GC achievements so it takes while.
