Game reset and support nonexistent, only recourse is refund?

It’s been several days now since my game was reset after I logged in with my email in addition to my Facebook account, and after immediately submitting support tickets, following up with comments, and attaching a copy of my last in-app purchase receipt, I still haven’t heard back from support. Losing out on daily dil, progress, and about $100 of in-app purchases I can no longer access is pretty unacceptable. Deleting the app, logging in from another device, logging back in, starting over from scratch and playing through the tutorial then signing back into my account - none of it makes any difference. My original game seems to be gone, and I’m left feeling like nobody seems to care. Is my only recourse a complaint with Apple Support for a refund? Or, barring that, even my bank? This is ridiculous.
