  • It seems to depend on the issue you are reporting.

    I submitted a ticket Monday about a voyage problem, they replied back Tuesday and asked for clarification, and then closed my case out last night after sending me compensation. Overall I felt like they were pretty fast in resolving my problem.
  • I submitted a ticket in september about a voyage problem and it's still open, so your mileage may vary. I had an event ticket though that they got to within a week.

    Perhaps our support queue has turned into a support stack.
  • I hear you on the ticket front. I submitted a ticket Sept 25 for a Voyage bug. Nothing as of yet.
