When building Tash Outfit the four star costume is not available.

It's a known bug that sometimes happens when you've already collected the rare reward, which it appears you have done for the epic Deadly Disruptions. The game seems to be confusing itself because elite (not epic) Deadly Disruptions drops the 4* clothing pattern as a standard reward.

But I wouldn't go to that missions anyway. According to the wiki, looks like the best bet for the 4* clothing pattern is The RIngs of Time, mission 6-1 https://stt.wiki/wiki/Clothing_Pattern

Petition for the chrons. We’ve reported these stupid bugs in the “where to find this item” list many times since it was released and it’s still never been addressed. It’s DB’s fault, not yours.

I lost over 3k on missing once constructed gold items.
