How to leave a fleet?

Other than me there is only one active player left in my fleet. Even the admiral has been off-line for more than a month, and it was months before that. So updating the starbase is useless.

I want to leave the fleet and find a new one.

I haven't been able to figure out how to leave my fleet. Sorry if it is obvious and I missed it.

After following the other advice here, you then PM Frank to ask about joining Franks N Beans, or PM me and I ask for you. Always happy to have another active player.
