No event or voyages prompts
I am currently at level 39. I have never seen an event prompt in the bottom left of the main screen or a voyages prompt on the Galaxy map screen. I am currently on Android with Google Play Store version of Star Trek timelines. I have talked to support, they have been no help. Has anyone else experienced this? Without being able to participate in events, a large part of the game is not available to me. Any help would be appreciated. I have tried rebooting reinstalling but it doesn't seem to change. Thanks
