Is there a way to get the admiralty back?

My fault of course for leaving my phone unattended... and within a 1 year olds reach. So now someone else has the admiralty of my fleet, won't give it back, won't even talk to me, has not promoted new officers or talked to anyone else in the fleet, or gotten any new fleet members as far as I can tell. Is there any way that anyone knows to get the admiralty back? Or am I going to have to make a new fleet and ask everyone to join that? which would make me sad since we've built a nice little starbase...

    Unfortunately in a case like this a ticket will not help.
    Player Support may only assist when the current Leader has been inactive for 30 days.

    *sigh* and he's been active... as a fleet member, there is nothing to complain about... as a fleet admiral...
