I know the cost of intel resets in phase 2 but does the amount of intel you have reset ?

I can't remember what happened to it the last time, I dont think so but just want confirmation ?

If I remember rightly it does not reset - it only disappears into the ether after the event.

...no, you will not lose your accumulated Intel between phases. It does go away after the event is done, however, so you can't "bank" it for the next Skirmish event.
