Cadet Tilly's uniform - proficiency typo?

Cadet Tilly's 4* and 5* uniform have the min/max rolls are identical, as +10 and +20 respectively. So it shows (10-10) and (20-20). Is that a typo? the min/max should not be identical.

That just means it's adding 10 or 20 to both the minimum and maximum roll. It's unusual but not unheard of.

Sleeping Dragon

It's unusual, but perfectly functional. Her uniforms already give a very generous amount of stats, it's very unlikely it's intended to be higher.
