Why is the Borg Scout Ship no Scout?

I wanted to start a voyage and the needed ship-trait is scout. I never had that trait before. But my first thought was "great, I have the borg scout ship!" that would have been 2650 AM... but the borg scout ship is no scout. why? :|

    I hoped this issue had been resolved, until I went to start a similar mission last night. So strange that the Borg Scout Ship does not have the scout trait.

    In the game, the scout trait refers to small ships.
    This particular ship does not qualify and does not have that trait.
