I'm trying to decide where to use my honor. I have enough to get Kahless or some citations. I'm going to list my Legendary below, most are only 1*, I'll call out the 1*+:

Would you go for Kahless, who would you add stars to? I'm tempted at the legendary beholds but I don't have extra slots. Any thoughts are appreciated!

You should go for Kahless, he's quite easy to level as well and has some decent stats.

As for citations personally I'm saving for any future new crew.

Borg queen seems to be a popular choice among some players though.

Kahless is pretty awesome both in Gauntlet, and now voyages. I don't regret getting him. He is better than Admiral Nechayev but if he is worth 100,000 honour is questionable.

If you were going to citate; Borg Queen is the obvious choice, but I would probably get Mobile Doctor to 3/5*. as MED characters are few and far between and CMD/DIP pretty common.

I'd do Kahless then save up, finish the Borg Queen and Mobile Doctor afterwards.

Personally, I always try and aim to immortalise now as the jump between four and five stars can sometimes be quite big so I'd go for your highest stars first. Unless of course their stats are useless!
