Until I see any evidence that this is part of some larger issue that's messing the game up - so far as I can tell, item building is functioning normally otherwise - DB can leave this 'broken' with my blessing. It's actually pretty fun to set up the virtual 'stack' of items on one side, so you can then go find that one final zero-star item for the other side and cascade it all the way up to superrare.
right but this also causes problems with notifications as well wouldn't you like to know that you can build an item??? i have noticed since finding this bug that the equipment notifications are not functioning properly either...

Exactly....
The only bugs DB puts high priority on fixing are the ones that make our gaming experience easier.
There is a multitude of other existing bugs, go worry about those.
