Begold Help: Rura Penthe Kirk or Timicin

At first I thought this would be easy to pick Timicin, but looking at Kirk’s ship ability it’d be key for skirmish events with my Bounty. Plus he’s good base SEC.

I have Timicin’s skill set pretty well covered with AF Jadzia, Honey Bare and Lt. Commander Dax.

    Kirk is more likely to be event crew. I don't think I have any of those. Some of it will depend on your crew. Check the top Voyager list.

    I think it’s Kirk, for the reasons you already laid out. Timicin is good, but he will never sniff an event, and you’re covered with better more useful options. Kirk will see use regularly in Arena, Skirmish, and Kirk events.

    I always need more engineering so I'd go Timicin.
