    No need to panic just yet. It wouldn't be a true DB celebration without something going horribly awry.

    For those having purchased the limited offer please do not panic, you will be able to claim your packs once the issue has been resolved and the packs are back in the Time Portal :)

    I didn’t get a screenshot of my “error” (10 4*s). Every interaction I’ve had with CS for the last year has been “pics or no proof” so I’m fully prepared to get bent over yet again. Ticket filed, either way.

    Someone might be able to correct me but I don’t think ET packs guarantee that you only get non-portal crew, just that they are available in addition to those already in the portal pool. What you do get with the ten-pack is ten beholds, zero 3* crew, and zero schematics. One of the beholds should be gold, which is likely why the pack is down until the error can be fixed.

    In a moment of weakness I took the $50 deal and it seemed to work for me: only one BeGold in each pack but those yielded Survivalist Kirk and Reverend Phlox. The majority of others went straight out of the airlock but I did get a second star for Tarquin, fourth star for Donatra, and third and fourth stars for COP Founder Archer. Kirk alone was worth it for me.

    I hope those who got no BeGolds find equal value as either a straight-up legendary citation or enough honor to buy a legendary behold in the honor hall, without having to play CS Roulette.

    Same here, ticket sent. Also got no photo proof; since I didn’t know before the pull that a legendary was guaranteed.

    I hate that. Why should we take pics of every action we take in game?! It's just not feasible. The amount of times we've been had off and not noticed.

    How about DB just does some QA instead.

    Crunchyfleet, I took the steps of detailing the 4 crew I kept in the ticket, and screenshotting the dismissed crew screen for the rest, as well as the website announcement where it mentioned a guaranteed legend in the pack. Doubt it will matter if CS Roulette lands on a dud, but it can’t hurt to have just in case.

    What's the situation for those who'd already redeemed the offer, but didn't get a guaranteed legendary? (one of the few whose currently in that boat.)

    You should submit a support ticket to get this resolved.

    Update: There was an issue earlier today where the Elusive Treasures 10x pack was not always providing the guaranteed legendary behold after opening a 10x pull. The affected players had this issue addressed and the fixed pack is now back up in the Time Portal. The limited-time offer for Elusive Treasures has been extended from 12 hours from the first time you log(ged) in after noon today to 24 hours. We appreciate your patience.

    Has this issue been fixed or is it still ongoing as i paid for this last night and i still havent received my two 10 packs! I submitted a ticket last night and got a general reply. I replied at 8am this morning and still havent had any word or been able redeem the packs.

    The packs were fixed. What you're describing is a different issue, your pulls should be available in the time portal, but occasionally folks have had a glitch were they don't show up even after restarting.
