Log in issue

  I have tried to log into the game repeatedly starting last night. I get to the point on the loading screen where it says communicating with Starfleet. But after that I can't go any farther. I can log in with my phone but everything is small. It's like eyestrain small.

  You mention you were able to log in on your phone but what was the platform you were unable to log in? If it was Facebook could you also tell us which browser you were using? Thank you!
