Doomsday rewards

The last two times, even though it SAID the reward was given, I did not receive the top Bilitrium II rewards. First time it happened I was like... whaaaat... then it happened again and I am like maaaaan...

    I take it you contacted support?
    Did you experience lag at the time?

    I found out that I was mistaken it was the II that we need and the thing it gave it didn't before was the I I guess... ugh thanks sorry for the hiccup!
