Can we please get a way to search for crew in the arena?

Every time I need to switch out my crew, which I have to do every time there's an objective event involve Arena battles, it takes me 10-20 minutes to scroll through 500 crew 4 times in a row and try to find the ones I want based on a tiny thumbnail. Adding the same search feature we see in skirmish ship battles so we can look for somebody based on keywords would really make me a lot less cranky during these events.
